Coaching & Training Terms & Conditions

 

1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all coaching and training services offered by Valentina Mihai at Reboot Fitness, including:

  • The 66-Day Coaching Program

  • Online Coaching

  • In-Person Personal Training

Regardless of format, every client receives the same level of commitment, support, and expectation of engagement.

1A. Nature of the Service Provided

The coach provides a professional service built on education, guidance, and support, with the goal of helping each client achieve lasting, meaningful progress. This is a collaborative relationship that requires active participation from both sides. The core elements of the coaching include:

1. Movement Coaching
The coach offers personalised support in movement and training, which may include:

  • Customised or structured workout plans tailored to the client’s goals

  • Feedback on exercise form, mobility, and technique

  • Guidance on training intensity, recovery strategies, and physical progression

Whether in-person or remote, the movement coaching is designed to help clients move more efficiently, safely, and confidently.

2. Nutrition Education & Support
The coach provides nutrition guidance focused on sustainable, real-life habits, not restrictive diets. Clients receive:

  • Practical education tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle

  • Support in developing habits around portion control, food quality, and mealtime structure

  • Encouragement to explore what works best for their body and energy, rather than follow rigid rules

The emphasis is on long-term change that aligns with each client’s personal values and goals.

3. Lifestyle & Mindset Coaching
Coaching also includes support in areas that affect physical and emotional well-being, such as:

  • Stress and energy management

  • Time organisation and routine building

  • Mindset development to increase confidence, consistency, and resilience

This element of coaching is often where deep, lasting transformations take place.

4. A Collaborative Coaching Relationship
The coach is committed to showing up with clarity, honesty, and professionalism — and expects the same from each client.
Results are directly tied to the client’s communication, consistency, and willingness to engage in the process.

Confidence in the Investment
Clients can enter coaching knowing they are protected by a flexible pro-rata refund policy. If the coaching relationship does not feel like the right fit, the client may request a refund for any unused portion of their program.
This ensures that coaching is a choice both the coach and client feel good about continuing — built on mutual trust, not obligation.

2. Engagement & Participation

Your results depend on your involvement. Clients are expected to:

  • Respond to check-ins and assignments

  • Communicate openly and promptly

  • Ask for help when needed

Inconsistent or unresponsive behaviour may lead to paused or terminated coaching.

3. Communication Standards

Effective coaching depends on prompt and consistent communication.
Clients are expected to respond to messages within 24–72 hours.
Prolonged disengagement may result in a suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Session Cancellations

All sessions—online or in person—require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

5. Payment Terms

  • Coaching is billed on a monthly basis via direct debit or subscription.

  • Clients may cancel at any time, but are encouraged to provide 30 days’ notice when possible.

  • No refunds are given for time already used, but any unused time will be refunded.

The coach also reserves the right to cancel the subscription and refund the remaining balance if necessary.

6. Refund Policy

  • If you're not satisfied with the coaching, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused time.

  • Completed sessions or used time are not refundable.

  • The coach may also offer a refund and end the relationship if it becomes clear the coaching is not a good fit.

7. Social Proof & Media Use

With your consent, screenshots, check-in progress, or anonymous quotes may be used as social proof to inspire others.
No names or personal details will be shared without your permission. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

8. Medical Disclaimer

All guidance provided is for educational and informational purposes only.
This is not medical advice, nor does it replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.
Clients should consult their doctor before making changes to health or lifestyle routines.

9. Respect & Boundaries

This is a mutual relationship built on trust.
Any disrespectful, dishonest, or abusive behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without refund for completed work.
