An Online Coach and Personal Trainer who’s annoyingly passionate about changing lives.
I specialise in empowering mindful busy women to elevate their confidence and performance through a personalised blend of fitness, nutrition and mindset.
I am certified in Movement & Mobility, Pre & Postnatal, Soft Tissue Therapy, and hold a Level 2 Certificate in Awareness on Mental Health Problems.
